User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Juxo.in ("Juxo", "we"). By creating an account or using JUXO, you accept these terms.

1. Services

Juxo.in provides:

  • JUXO for Business — an AI operating system for hospitals and clinics.
  • JUXO Care — a consumer health companion.

Both services rely on AI models and may make mistakes. JUXO does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or supervised by a parent/guardian) and legally able to enter into a contract in India.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify info@juxo.in immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload data you have no right to share.
  • Use JUXO to impersonate, harass, or defraud.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
  • Use JUXO to make life-critical decisions without clinician review.

5. Content & data

  • You retain ownership of the data you upload.
  • You grant Juxo a limited licence to process your data solely to operate the service and provide the features you request.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service.

6. Fees

JUXO Care basic features are free. Paid plans and JUXO for Business subscriptions are governed by the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of this Agreement, unlawful use, or non-payment. You may terminate at any time from account settings.

8. Disclaimers

JUXO is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juxo's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to statutory rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
