Juxo.in processes your Personal Data on the basis of your consent, as defined by Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023.

What you are consenting to

When you sign up or upload health data, you consent to Juxo.in processing your Personal Data for the specified purposes described in our Privacy Policy and DPDP Notice.

Characteristics of your consent

Your consent is:

  • Free — no service is contingent on consent beyond what is necessary.
  • Specific — limited to the purposes we disclose.
  • Informed — supported by a clear notice.
  • Unconditional and unambiguous — captured through a clear affirmative action.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by:

  1. Deleting your account from Settings → Account, or
  2. Emailing info@juxo.in with the subject line "Withdraw Consent".

Withdrawal will stop future processing. Data processed before withdrawal remains lawful. Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete across backups.

Consent for health data (JUXO Care)

Health data (documents, chats, medications, family records) is only processed with your explicit consent. You may:

  • Delete specific documents or medications at any time.
  • Delete individual family member profiles.
  • Delete the entire chat history.

Consent Managers

If, in future, we integrate with Consent Managers registered with the Data Protection Board of India, you will be able to grant, review and revoke consent through them.

Record of consent

We maintain an internal record of the consent you provide, including the version of the notice, purposes, and timestamp, for compliance and audit.
