Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Enterprise agreements

Refunds under enterprise or hospital agreements are governed by the signed order form.

Errors

If you were charged in error, email info@juxo.in within 30 days and we will investigate and refund verified errors.
