• Uploaded medical documents, prescriptions, lab reports.
• Chat interactions with the JUXO AI Companion.
• Usage & device logs.

Purpose of processing

• Delivering JUXO for Business and JUXO Care services.
• Providing AI-driven summaries, reminders, timelines, triage.
• Account security, service integrity, statutory compliance.

Manner of exercising rights

You may exercise your rights under Chapter III of the DPDP Act by contacting info@juxo.in. These include the right to:

• Access information about your Personal Data.
• Correct or erase your Personal Data.
• Nominate another individual.
• Grievance redressal.

Complaints
